Biloxi, MS (January 31, 2018) – Remember Mississippi super PAC, which supports strong constitutional conservatives and is encouraging state Senator Chris McDaniel to run for U.S. Senate, reports today over $1 million in campaign contributions as they file their 2017 year end statement with the Federal Election Commission. “We are pleased to announce that the Remember Mississippi PAC has been able to raise over $1M in contributions to support strong constitutional conservatives, including mounting a significant challenge on behalf of Chris McDaniel, someone who we believe should represent the state in Washington, DC,” said Tommy Barnett, Treasurer of Remember Mississippi super PAC. “Whether on immigration, federal spending, or government reform, Mississippians’ voices have been silenced for too long, their values ignored, and their will trampled. We – along with many conservative leaders in the state – encourage Chris McDaniel to run for U.S. Senate in Mississippi and will be prepared to hit the ground running should he do so.”

“Additionally, we are grateful to Richard Uihlein for his contribution of $250,000 earlier this month, which isn’t included on the latest 2017 report,” said Barnett. “We are confident of further support if Chris chooses to enter the Senate race in Mississippi.”

The PAC’s 2017 year end cash on hand reflects over $850,000. With the addition of the early 2018 contribution, the PAC has over $1 million cash on hand to support its efforts.
